Build your mini golf course right

When hiring a company for any construction project, eventually the issue of time needed to complete the project will come up. Investors are often enticed by the idea of a speedy build, seeing this as the quickest way to a return on the project. Family Fun Centers are no exception to this and when one is looking to add a new miniature golf attraction to their lineup, they are often promised a great product in a short time - sometimes as quickly as five weeks.

Work in Progress:
36 holes in Parker, Colorado

Boondocks Parker Mini Golf

Castle Golf has teamed up with Boondocks Food and Fun for the design and build of a very elaborate 36 hole course located in Parker, CO; just south of Denver. The courses have a Pirates Cove/Skull Island theme and will attract interest from the full family demographic. Boondocks has a reputation of being one of the big players in the industry and Castle is honored to be an integral part of their 6th park.

International Effort:
A rainforest in Cardiff, Wales

Cardiff Indoor Mini Golf

Treetop Adventure Golf located in Cardiff, Wales opened in spring 2015. The two 18-hole courses is made up of a South American rainforest theme which stays consistent throughout the clubhouse bar and café. The main features include an ancient explorer village, a conglomeration of huge banyan trees, and a mystic river that runs through the heart of both courses. The scenery also includes an abundance of tropical trees, vines, and tropical plants to make it a true rainforest experience.

Mixed realities

Real-time media is changing the potential scope of attraction design, putting true interactivity, mixed reality and personalization of the journey into the hands of every user. This could become the new minimum benchmark in experiential design for the attractions industry.
